Returns
Of course, we hope you will love your purchase – but if you need to return something, we have made it easy and straightforward for you.
Right of return
You always have a 30-day full right of return from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind, simply notify us within the 30 days – and then return the item no later than 14 days after you have informed us.
We are happy to accept the item back as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact. You are of course welcome to try the item as you would in a physical store, but if it has been used beyond that, we may need to deduct an appropriate amount for any diminished value.
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery. Please remember to notify us first 😊
How to return
We have made the return process quick and easy:

Log in with your email and order number.

Follow the steps in the return portal to register your return.

You will receive a QR code by email, which you must present when handing in your parcel at a GLS drop-off point.

You will be refunded the return amount to your original payment method, excluding a return fee of DKK 39.

After handing in the parcel, you will receive a receipt with a tracking number.
Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
It may take up to 7 banking days before the money appears in your account – depending on your bank.
The return fee of 39 DKK will automatically be deducted.
If the item has been used to an extent that affects its resale value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Exchange
Did you receive the wrong size or color? It happens 😊
Simply return the item as described above and place a new order for what you would like instead.
If you choose to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs for your new order. Please contact customer service (click here) before placing a new order and receive your voucher for free shipping.
Complaints
If you have received an item with defects, please do not hesitate to contact us. You have a 2-year right of complaint on all items purchased from us and are covered for manufacturing and material defects.

Did you purchase from a retailer?
If you purchased your Co'couture item from another webshop or store, you must contact the retailer directly. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with returns or complaints for items that were not purchased via cocouture.com.
