2. Agreement

By placing an order on our brandsite, you declare that you are acting as a private individual. A final agreement between you and Co'couture A/S is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of typographical errors, technical issues, or suspicion of misuse.

 

3. Ordering and payment

You can shop on the brandsite 24/7. Orders are processed on weekdays only.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped. All prices include 25% VAT and are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).

 

4. Prices and promotions

Co'couture A/S reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out or discontinued items.

 

5. Shipping and delivery

At Co'couture, we make every effort to ship your items as quickly and safely as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without unnecessary waiting time.

 

We ship all orders with GLS and Bring, and you can choose between delivery to a parcel shop or directly to your home address. All deliveries are insured, so you can feel safe about your purchase.

Shipping of orders

If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, we aim to ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

You will typically receive your parcel within 1–2 business days, depending on GLS’ and Bring’s capacity and delivery area.

 

If there is no space at the selected parcel shop, your order will be delivered to the nearest available parcel shop, and you will be notified by GLS or Bring.

 

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel in time, it will automatically be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel back, we will refund the amount of your order excluding shipping and return costs. If you wish to have the order shipped again, you must place a new order.

 

 

6. Returns

Of course, we hope you will love your purchase – but if you need to return something, we have made it easy and straightforward for you.

 

Right of return

You always have a 30-day full right of return from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind, simply notify us within 30 days – and then return the item no later than 14 days after you have informed us.

We are happy to accept the item back as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact. You are of course welcome to try the item as you would in a physical store – but if it has been used beyond that, we may need to deduct an amount for any diminished value.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery – please remember to notify us first 😊

 

How to return

We have made the return process quick and easy:

  1. Go to our return portal via the link here: https://returns.reversio.io/cocouture

  2. Log in using your email and order number.

  3. Follow the steps in the return portal to register your return.

  4. You will receive a QR code by email, which you must present when handing in your parcel at a GLS drop-off point.

  5. You will be refunded to your original payment method excluding a return fee of DKK 39.

  6. After handing in the parcel, you will receive a receipt with a tracking number.

 

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

It may take up to 7 banking days before the money appears in your account – depending on your bank.
The return fee of DKK 39 will automatically be deducted.

If the item has been used to an extent that affects its resale value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Exchange

Did you receive the wrong size or color? It happens 😊
You simply return the item as described – and place a new order for what you would like instead.

If you choose to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs for your new order. Please contact customer service (click here) before placing a new order and receive your voucher for free shipping.

 

Complaints

If you have received an item with defects, please do not hesitate to contact us. You have a 2-year right of complaint on all items purchased from us and are covered for manufacturing and material defects.

How to submit a complaint:

  3. Follow the steps in the portal to register your complaint.

  4. You will receive a QR code by email, which you must present when handing in your parcel at a GLS drop-off point.

We will assess the case as quickly as possible and contact you if we need further information.

 

 

Did you purchase from a retailer?

If you purchased your Co'couture item from another webshop or store, you must contact the retailer directly. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with returns or complaints for items that were not purchased via cocouture.com.

 

7. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable legislation. We only store the necessary data to complete your order. Read more in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

All purchases on www.cocouture.com are subject to Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil the agreement if the reason is due to events beyond our control, such as strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters.
